Our Story

In 2010 Joan and her daughter Katie were living in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Joan had retired from her nursing career and Katie was working in a ladies clothing store being mentored by her employers who taught her the ins and outs of business. Joan had a love for retail after doing it in her early 20's and had an urge to go back to it. She approached Katie about opening a store on Vancouver Island and Fresh Boutique was born. Originally name Refresh Clothing, in 2021 Joan and Katie renamed and rebranded the business to better represent how the business had evolved over the years.

Fresh Boutique quickly became a destination shopping boutique for locals and tourists alike. With an extensive collection of clothing from casual, to business, to event wear, and everything in between. You will find European lines such as Sandwich, Part Two, InWear and White Stuff. Canadian lines such as Lisette, and casual lines such as Point Zero, Soya Concept, Renuar and Tribal. You will also find an extensive collection of denim from Silver, Mavi, and Jag. In store we have a jean for everyone and are proud to be able to properly fit denim for your body type. 

Fresh Boutique is a true family run business. Katie and Joan are always in the store to help and connect with their customers. They are always on the hunt to find something new and unique to offer their customers. 

We pride ourselves on being a small team so that when you come into our store, you will always recognize a friendly face.
